Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how BhejDein (a venture of Bin Niaz Group) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our platform. Please read it carefully.

1. Introduction

BhejDein is a service of Bin Niaz Group ("we", "us", "our"). We operate the website bhejdein.com and any related mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information about you when you use our Platform or contact us.

By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Platform.

2. Information We Collect

Personal information you provide: When you register, book a service, submit a lead form, or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, home or office address, and any other information you choose to share.

Location data: With your permission, we collect your device's GPS coordinates to match you with service providers in your area and to improve delivery accuracy. You may deny this permission; the Platform will still function with reduced accuracy.

Usage data: We automatically collect information about how you use the Platform, including pages viewed, links clicked, time spent, device type, operating system, browser type, and IP address.

Communication data: If you contact us via WhatsApp, email, or any other channel, we retain records of that communication to improve our support and service quality.

Marketing data: With your consent, we collect data about your responses to marketing campaigns, including UTM parameters, referral sources, and campaign identifiers.

Push notification tokens: If you grant notification permission, we collect your device's push token (FCM token) to send you service updates, reminders, and promotional messages.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: (a) provide, operate, and improve the Platform; (b) match you with appropriate service providers; (c) process transactions and manage bookings; (d) communicate with you about your orders, account, and services; (e) send you marketing and promotional materials (where you have consented or where we have a legitimate interest); (f) personalise your experience on the Platform; (g) analyse usage patterns to improve the Platform and our services; (h) comply with legal obligations; and (i) protect the security and integrity of our Platform.

We may use your contact information to send you service-related announcements, updates about new features, cities, or services, and promotional offers. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us at hi@bhejdein.com or by following the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

Service providers: We share your personal information with our vetted service partners (maids, plumbers, electricians, etc.) strictly to the extent necessary to fulfil your booking. These partners are required to handle your data in accordance with our data-sharing agreements.

Group companies: As a venture of Bin Niaz Group, we may share your information with other entities within the Bin Niaz Group for internal business purposes, including analytics, marketing, product development, and the provision of related services. All Group entities are bound by the same data protection standards set out in this Policy.

Business partners and affiliates: We may share aggregated, anonymised, or de-identified data with business partners, advertisers, and analytics providers. This data does not identify you personally. We may also share your personal information with carefully selected third-party partners who offer complementary services — in such cases we will seek your consent where required by law.

Marketing and analytics vendors: We use third-party tools (including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and similar platforms) that may collect your browsing data to help us understand Platform usage and deliver targeted advertising. These tools operate under their own privacy policies.

Legal and regulatory requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with a legal obligation; (b) protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of our users or the public; or (c) detect, prevent, or address fraud or security issues.

Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of our business, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our Platform of any such change in ownership.

With your consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law. Specifically: account data is retained for the duration of your account and for a period of five (5) years after account closure; booking and transaction records are retained for seven (7) years for tax and audit purposes; communication records are retained for two (2) years.

We may retain aggregated or anonymised data indefinitely for analytical and research purposes, as such data does not identify you personally.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, or access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and any applicable regulatory authority as required by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: (a) access the personal information we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal retention obligations; (d) withdraw consent to processing where we rely on consent; (e) opt out of direct marketing at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hi@bhejdein.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

8. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our Platform to improve your experience, remember your preferences, analyse traffic, and deliver targeted advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform.

We use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your device for a set period). We also use third-party cookies from analytics and advertising partners.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Platform is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of the page and, where the changes are material, notify you by email or by a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
