Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of BhejDein, a platform operated by Bin Niaz Group. By using our platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BhejDein platform (bhejdein.com and any associated mobile applications), operated by Bin Niaz Group ("BhejDein", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or placing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
2. Description of Services
BhejDein connects customers ("Users") with independent service providers ("Partners") for home services including but not limited to: maid services, nanny/child-care, cook services, plumbing, electrical work, and on-demand grocery and essentials delivery.
BhejDein acts as an intermediary platform. We do not directly employ Partners and are not liable for the acts or omissions of Partners, except where expressly stated. The primary service relationship is between the User and the Partner.
Service availability is subject to our operating cities. We currently operate in Islamabad and Lahore. Availability within cities may vary.
3. Accounts & Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information; (b) maintain the security of your account credentials; (c) notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account; (d) be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.
4. Bookings, Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the Platform are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.
A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from BhejDein. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking if a suitable Partner is unavailable.
Payment is accepted via cash on delivery or any other method we make available on the Platform. Subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected. Refunds are subject to our refund policy available on the Platform.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing, introduce new charges, or modify subscription plans at any time. Users on active subscriptions will be notified at least 14 days before any price change takes effect.
5. User Obligations
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) post or transmit any content that is harmful, defamatory, abusive, or fraudulent; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform; (d) use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform; (e) resell or exploit any part of the Platform without our written permission; (f) provide false information in bookings or reviews.
You are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible conditions for Partners attending your premises. BhejDein is not liable for any harm arising from conditions on your premises.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of BhejDein / Bin Niaz Group or its licensors and is protected by Pakistani and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may use aggregated and anonymised data derived from user activity to improve our services, develop new features, conduct research, and share insights with business partners. This data will not identify you personally.
By using the Platform, you expressly consent to BhejDein sharing your service booking data, feedback, and usage patterns with entities within the Bin Niaz Group and with trusted third-party partners for the purposes of service improvement, personalised marketing, and analytics.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BhejDein and Bin Niaz Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to BhejDein in the 3 months preceding the claim.
BhejDein does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available".
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BhejDein, Bin Niaz Group, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hi@bhejdein.com. Active subscription fees are non-refundable upon voluntary termination unless otherwise required by law.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation for a period of not less than 30 days.
